Villa Description
The Villa is located in Costa de Canyamel, a very quiet area in the North East of Mallorca. It has 140 m2 of living area and 80m2 of terraces.
The living area has 3 doublebedrooms, 2 singlebedrooms, kitchen and a living-dinning room.
On the ground floor we have 3 doublebedrooms, 1 singlebedroom, the kitchen, the living-dinning room and a terrace with furnitures for outside dinning.
On the first floor we have a singlebedroom, a 60 m2 terrace with sunbathing furniture and the laundry with washing machine and iron.
The kitchen is full-equipped and it has dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster,….
In the living-dinning room we have Sat-Tv, chimney and a direct acces to the terrace. In the terrace there is a little barbecue.
At the entrance of the Villa there is a parking place.
It’s possible to have babybeds and highchair for the babys without extra charge.
In Costa de Canyamel and surroundings you can find some of the most beautiful and quiet natural beaches of Mallorca only driving from 10 to 15 minutes.
There are also 4 golf courses at 10 km far from the Villa.
At only 10 minutes driving you have the touristic village Cala Ratjada with Bars, Restaurants and a Harbour.
