Finca description

Finca Sa Font was built in 2007 in a land of 20.000 m2. The Finca is located in the village of Arta, in the North East of Mallorca, one of the most beautiful areas of the island. It has 240 m2 of living area and 120 m2 of terrace.

The living area has 4 doublebedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big kitchen and a big living-dinning room and a covered terrace of about 40 m2.

On the ground floor we have 3 doublebedrooms, 2 bathrooms the kitchen and the living-dinning room.

On the first floor there is a doublebedroom with its own bathroom and a terrace with a fantastic view of Arta’s castle.

The kitchen is full-equipped and it has dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, …. and in a separated room we have the laundry with washing machine and iron.

All the Finca gives you exclusivity and comfort. All the house is climatized, it has air condition for summer and central heating for winter.

In the living room we have Sat-Tv, chimney, CD Player, DVD, …. There is a direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. In this terrace we have the covered terrace af the finca, at a few meters of the big swimming pool (11*5m) with 500 m2 of grass around it. In the terrace we also have a barbecue.

In the finca there is a garage for the cars and toys for the kids.
It’s possible to have babybeds and highchairs for the babys without extra charge.

In Arta you can find some of the most beautiful and quiet natural beaches of Mallorca only driving from 10 to 15 minutes.

You have also 4 golf courses at 10 km far from the finca.

At only 10 minutes you have the touristic village Cala Ratjada with bars, restaurants and the harbour.

In the living-dinning room we have Sat-Tv, chimney and a direct acces to the terrace. In the terrace there is a little barbecue.

At the entrance of the Villa there is a parking place.

It’s possible to have babybeds and highchair for the babys without extra charge.

In Costa de Canyamel and surroundings you can find some of the most beautiful and quiet natural beaches of Mallorca only driving from 10 to 15 minutes.
